Career Guidelines (Draft)
Career progression framework for TVET staff — grades, qualifications, promotion paths and entry requirements.
Review the national draft Human Capital Management instruments for Technical and Vocational Colleges, and submit your comments.
The Principal, on behalf of the Bushiangala Technical Training Institute Board of Governors, invites all staff, trainees, parents, industry partners, and members of the public to review three draft Human Capital Management instruments released by the State Department for Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
These documents — the Human Capital Management Policies and Procedures Manual, the Organisation Structure and Staff Establishment Framework, and the Career Guidelines — will shape how Technical and Vocational Colleges in Kenya are organised, how staff progress in their careers, and how the sector is managed going forward.
Your participation matters. These are our collective policies. Review each document, consider the clauses that affect you and your work, and submit your comments using the official Public Participation Feedback Template.
Download each PDF, note the clauses that need your comment, then move to Step 2.
