About the Department

Institutional Management

The hospitality, fashion and cosmetology sections are dedicated to providing quality technical and vocational education aimed at equipping trainees with practical skills, professional competencies, creativity and entrepreneurial abilities for the modern job market. These sections contribute significantly to the institute's mission of producing competent graduates who can meet industry demands and promote self-employment opportunities.

The sections offer competency-based training through a combination of classroom instruction, practical workshops, industrial attachment and project-based learning. Hospitality focuses on food production, catering and customer care services. Fashion emphasises garment construction, textile principles, pattern making and fashion design, whereas cosmetology focuses on beauty therapy, hairdressing, skincare, makeup and salon management.

Through modern training approaches and industry partnerships, the sections promote innovation, professionalism, sustainability and lifelong learning. Graduates are equipped with technical expertise, employability skills and entrepreneurial knowledge to enable them to contribute effectively to economic growth and community development.
