The State Department for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, in collaboration with the Public Service Commission and the Ministry of Education, has released three draft Human Capital Management instruments governing Technical and Vocational Colleges (TVCs) for public participation:
- Career Guidelines for TVCs (Draft)
- Human Capital Management Policies and Procedures Manual for TVCs (Draft)
- Organisation Structure, Grading Structure and Staff Establishment for TVCs (Draft)
Bushiangala Technical Training Institute invites all staff, trainees, parents, industry partners, and members of the public to review these documents and submit their comments. A standardised Public Participation Feedback Template is provided for clause-by-clause comments (Retain / Amend / Delete / Refer).
Completed templates should be emailed to info@bushiangalatechnical.ac.ke with the subject “Public Participation — HR Instruments”. Received comments will be collated by the Principal’s Office and forwarded with the BTTI submission to the State Department for TVET.
